Fairy Shopping Online

Magical online orders are processed through our secure payment credit card system with the National Australia Bank. We accept the following credit cards Visa, Mastercard and Bankcard.

Offline Fairy Shopping

If you don't feel fairy comfortalble with magically purchasing online.
Simply fairy call our wiggly fairy customer service on (03) 9570 1211 between Monday to Friday. To purchase your Stardust Fairies order over the tree phone.

Magical Returns and Exchanges

If you are unhappy (i.e. sizing of clothing or foot wear) or have changed your mind after purchasing a wiggly product from the Stardust Fairies website, we are happy to except or exchange your magical return.

However please fairy note this excludes the following items below:

• Zumble glitter face gels
• Sale items
• Hair accessories
• Bathing products

Before returning goods, please call faery Emma on : Ph:(03) 9570 1211 or
email: return@stardustfairies.com to receive an appropriate faery mailing address.

When returning magical goods via Australia Post please keep proof of purchase. Please make sure the goods are adequately packaged to ensure that they are not damaged during transit.

Returned Products

• Must be unused, and in original condition.
• Undamaged
• Return within 30 days of delivery.

In the event of a magical return we will exchange or refund in the form of Stardust Fairies gift voucher.

Damaged or faulty goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase. If the product is deemed faulty or damaged we will refund the original product price and delivery fees. If you request a replacement we will send you a replacement once we receive the return, at our cost.

Gift Vouchers

All Stardust Fairies gift vouchers are issued with an expiry date as indicated on the voucher itself.
Once the gift voucher has expired, we are unable to extend expiry date under any fairy circumstances.

It is the gift vouchers holders responsibility to ensure it is redeemed before expiry date.
When redeeming a Stardust Fairies gift voucher you must use the entire balance of gift voucher value.

Magically Placing and Accepting Fairy Orders.

Stardust Fairies orders will not be dispatched by our trusty flying owl service until payment in full has been received.

In order for your magical package to arrive safely at your tree house. Please insure that you enter the correct delivery address and purchasing details at the time of ordering .

Postage and Handling.

We estimate the delivery of your product will take approximately 5 to 7 working days from the day of purchase. However please fairy note we are not responsible for loss of mail through transit with Australia Post. Standard deliveries to residential and business incur a fixed cost for all items within Australia.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is available to your magical tree house. Delivery is calculated according to the weight and volume of the items being delivered and also the distance to there destination. Below is a delivery calculator.

International Delivery

Unfortunately, Stardust Fairies currently only delivers to tree houses around Australia.
